Yes! You can modify or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before pickup. Contact us via WhatsApp or phone. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before may incur a fee.
The minimum rental duration is 4 hours for short trips, or 1 full day for daily rentals. We also offer flexible hourly rates for shorter needs.
We accept international credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) via Stripe, OMT money transfer, bank transfer, and Whish Money. All payments are secure and encrypted.
Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. We accept advance payment through our secure online payment gateway or via bank transfer.
Cancellations made 48+ hours before pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations 24-48 hours before receive 50% refund. Less than 24 hours: no refund. Processing time: 5-7 business days.
We serve all of Lebanon! From Beirut to Tripoli, Baalbek to Tyre, and everywhere in between. We can pick you up and drop you off anywhere in Lebanon.
All rentals include: professional driver, fuel, insurance, air conditioning, GPS navigation, and regular maintenance. Child seats available upon request.
Fuel is included in all our rentals. Our professional drivers handle all fuel costs. You don't need to worry about refueling or fuel expenses.

Yes, all our vehicles are fully insured with comprehensive coverage. Both the vehicle and passengers are covered during the rental period.
Yes! When booking, select your preferred vehicle from our fleet. We'll do our best to provide that exact vehicle. If unavailable, we'll offer a similar or upgraded option.
In the unlikely event of a breakdown, we provide immediate roadside assistance and a replacement vehicle at no additional cost. Your safety and convenience are our priority.
Yes, subject to availability. Contact us at least 4 hours before your scheduled return time. Extension rates are the same as your original booking rate.
Yes! We provide complimentary child seats (infant, toddler, and booster seats) upon request. Please mention this in the special requests field when booking.
Cross-border travel requires advance notice and special arrangements. Additional insurance and documentation may be needed. Contact us at least 7 days before your trip.
Yes! We offer discounts for weekly (7+ days) and monthly rentals. Contact us for custom quotes. Corporate clients also receive special rates.
